DIET + EXCERCISE
I am going to try and lose weight. I've been doing excercises, but that alone doesn't work. So now I have to cut out all sugar and all breads. I am going to give it two weeks and see how much weight I lose. Also I am cutting out pop and diet pop. Hopefully this will finally work for me. I am going to give it my all and not give in to sugar or bread! I am also going to stop eating after 5:00 p.m.
